You know sometimes...BUT GOD.....

You know sometimes you have a little thought that sneaks in and you dwell on it for awhile before you take action on it.  Sometimes that thought gets blocked and goes nowhere as well. 

BUT GOD.... 

had other ideas for my day today.  A thought that had meandered through my mind before my boutique ever officially opened was "how can I help my community...how can I give back?"  I thought of several deserving organizations but couldn't put my finger on exactly which one....

BUT GOD....

it was as if He was whispering in my ear directly only an hour ago.  "Reach out.  Look who is online.  Reach out."  It was my friend, and fellow Christian sister, Gwyn.  She is head of Davie Pregnancy Care Center that helps women and young girls who find themselves in a difficult situation, pregnant and alone and not knowing where to turn.  How could I help? 

BUT GOD....

had it all figured out and Gwyn was very receptive to the idea and I can tell you it excites me so much to have this thought that came before my boutique opened, now with a very clear answer!!

For every 50 orders, no matter their size, J Be Sassy will donate a brand new outfit or dress to a deserving young, new Mom that Gwyn feels needs that hand-up, not a handout.  Someone that she has worked with that could use a small surprise that will show her that her community cares about her.  Someone who doesn't have a lot and but deserves that extra bit of confidence a new outfit can provide.  

BUT GOD....

I didn't go into today with this decision in mind, but as the day wore on, I knew there was a way my little boutique could help encourage and give hope, and just maybe a clear and evidential display of faith to just one soul at a time.
