Return or Exchange Policy
Sometimes things don't fit like you think they will, so we offer a chance to return the item for a store credit, an exchange for a different size, or a refund of the purchase price of the item (only).
Returns: Contact me via email ASAP when you have decided to make a return. Item must be in unworn/unwashed condition with any tags still attached. Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. Buyer pays return shipping.
Exchange: Please contact me ASAP via email and let me know you need to exchange the item. Item must be in unworn/unwashed condition with any tags still attached. Item must be exchanged within 30 days of date sold or delivery date if shipped. Item will be exchanged for exact same piece in another size or a credit offered towards another item if the requested size is unavailable/sold out. Any damage to the item being exchanged may make the exchange null and void. Buyer pays return shipping.
If a refund is requested in lieu of an exchange or store credit, the refund will be for the item cost only. Any damage to the item will nullify the refund.
Credits or refunds will be issued for item cost only. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
***In the case of the item being FINAL SALE....no returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds will be offered. Items that are labeled FINAL SALE will be clearly marked as such so that there will be no question that it was.
