Free, flowy, oversized, and cobalt blue, this Bohemian style blouse features a patchwork pattern with some squares that are more sheer and others that have a silky feel or floral pattern. This tiered blouse has an open mandarin collar with large bead ties that fall on either side of the collar opening. The bell shaped sleeves are wide and have a double ruffle cuff.
